ReviewScan does not guarantee public review publication.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use ReviewScan.

If you create an account on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to do so.

Businesses agree to:

• provide accurate information,
• protect account credentials,
• use ReviewScan lawfully,
• respect customer privacy.

Businesses must not encourage fake reviews.

Customers remain fully responsible for the reviews they publish.

ReviewScan:

• does not automatically submit Google reviews,
• does not guarantee 5-star reviews,
• does not remove negative reviews,
• does not manipulate public review platforms.

Our AI may help generate:

• review suggestions,
• feedback summaries,
• sentiment analysis,
• business insights.

AI-generated content should always be reviewed before use.

You may not:

• create fake reviews,
• impersonate others,
• misuse customer data,
• attempt unauthorized access,
• upload malicious software,
• violate applicable laws.

Paid plans renew according to your selected billing cycle unless cancelled.

Pricing is displayed before purchase.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

All ReviewScan software, branding, design, and technology remain our property.

Businesses retain ownership of their own content.

We work to keep ReviewScan available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten platform security.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewScan is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be handled by courts having appropriate jurisdiction in India.
